Only a few kilometers from the coast you will find small, quiet villages with winding lanes and medieval churches built of stone. From everywhere you have sight of the sea and its quiet beauty.

Numerous are the lovely coastal towns with many beaches within short range: Alassio (old seaside resort with a burly medieval center and many restaurants); Laigueglia (vital small former fishing village); Imperia (historical seaport reaching out into the hills with a classical cathedral).
